Digital Course: 4 Weeks to Youthful, Glowing Skin - A Natural Approach

Zawada Health

Overview:

A 4 week program delivered by twice-weekly emails that includes:
  • A 4-part education series delivered by short videos and demonstrations
  • A weekly action plan
  • Product recommendations
  • A 4 day meal plan for glowing skin (delivered as 1 day meal plans each week)
This program is designed to challenge you to think about your skin differently.  Youthful, glowing skin is a reflection of happiness inside.   When your body is supported by good nutrients and you are nourishing every cell, every mitochondria, aging will slow down.  Aging skin is more than just wrinkles and sagging.

Aging is inflammation and this is my philosophy. INFLAMMAGING is the slow but progressive aging process caused by daily low grade inflammation.  We will talk about external and internal inflammatory factors throughout the course of the next 4 weeks and we will talk about what to do to combat this process and be proactive and preventative.

Education is at the core of this program.  It has always been my philosophy as a Naturopathic Doctor to educate and motivate my patients through knowledge.  Youthful, glowing skin is a commitment.  A commitment to good healthy living. It isn't a miracle.

You can go through the whole program committing to the action plans and challenges, or by just tweaking your diet. All steps in the right direction will move you towards youthful, glowing skin.

The recommended products and supplements are just suggestions.
