This blueberry cauliflower smoothie packs a punch to your hormones! Cauliflower is a cruciferous veggie that is high in indole-3-carbinol which helps break down estrogen and flaxseed is a wonderful phytoestrogen (plant source of estrogen!).
1 cup leftover steamed then frozen (or just frozen) cauliflower
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 TBSP cashew butter
1 TBSP ground flaxseed
2 scoops vital proteins collagen or a vanilla protein powder
3/4 cup - 1 cup water depending on the consistency you like
1/2 cup cashew or other plant-based milk or just add more water
sprinkle of cinnamon and sprinkle of cardamom (if you have and if you like otherwise omit
