Cabbage & Turkey Stir-Fry with Sesame Ginger Sauce

Cabbage & Turkey Stir-Fry with Sesame Ginger Sauce

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

  • 1 cup shredded cabbage

  • 1 cup ground turkey

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 1 tsp grated ginger

  • 1 tbsp tamari or soy sauce

  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Instructions:

  1. Heat oil, cook garlic + ginger 1 min.

  2. Add turkey, cook until browned.

  3. Add cabbage, sauté 5–7 min.

  4. Finish with tamari and sesame seeds. Serve hot.

Purple cabbage adds antioxidants!
