Serves: 2
Ingredients:
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 cup shredded cabbage
1 cup ground turkey
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tbsp tamari or soy sauce
1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions:
Heat oil, cook garlic + ginger 1 min.
Add turkey, cook until browned.
Add cabbage, sauté 5–7 min.
Finish with tamari and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
Purple cabbage adds antioxidants!
