Ingredients:
2 cod fillets
1 bunch asparagus, with ends trimmed
1 tbsp olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp dill
Salt + pepper
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place cod + asparagus on baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, lemon, dill, salt, and pepper.
Bake 12–15 min until fish is cooked through. Serve.
Tip: Keep asparagus crisp-tender to preserve nutrients.
