I love my green tea in the morning. Most of the time it is a hot cup of Japanese Sencha green tea but a few times a week I will make a matcha green tea that is a little amplified. In the summer I will tweak it and make it iced!
MCT (medium chain triglyceride) oil is a healthy fat that is metabolized quickly and fuels the brain promoting mental clarity and focus. It helps make the matcha creamy just like the collagen.

1 scoop of matcha green tea powder
1/2 scoop MCT oil powder (I use Perfect Keto)
1/2 scoop Vital Proteins Collagen
a couple of ice cubes
splash of cashew/coconut/oat/almond milk
Shake, shake, shake and enjoy!
