Fruity Nutty Sweet Mix

Fruity Nutty Sweet Mix

Ingredients

2 cups raw nuts and seeds

(pumpkin, sunflower, almonds, walnuts)

1 cup dried dates

2 cups boiling water

¼ cup carob powder

2 Tbsp honey or maple syrup

2 Tbsp unsweetened coconut

Directions

1. In a bowl pour boiling water over dates and let stand for 5 minutes.

2. In a food processor or powerful blender, chop nuts until ground

finely.

3. Drain the water from the dates and add to nut mixture along with carob powder.

4. Blend until smooth.

5. Spoon a few tablespoons into a small bowl and top with a sprinkle of coconut.
