Ingredients
2 cups of hazelnuts
1/2 a cup of unsweetened almond milk
1/2 a cup of maple syrup
1/4 cup of raw cacao powder
Directions
1. Preheat your oven to 350 then on a sheet lined with parchment paper roast your hazelnuts for about ten minutes, then remove from oven and allow them to cool.
2. Once cool place them in a food processor and blend until smooth.
3. Next toss in the maple syrup, raw cacao and then blend again.
4. Gradually start pouring in the almond milk until you get the consistency you want.
You could really use any nut for this recipe. Try almonds, cashews, pistachios, or for a real indulgence,
macadamia nuts.
