20 pitted dates
2 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp hemp seeds
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp raw cacao powder
2 tbsp cacao nibs
1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until crumbly and a bit sticky. Can add a dash of vanilla and/or a dash of coconut milk to soften if necessary.
2. Roll into inch balls and freeze for a couple of hours!
These pecan pie tarts are uncooked and look lovely with a dollop of coconut whipped cream or a scoop of ice cream! Dairy-free of course ;)
